Cool Supplement Website

So I think all you meatheads out there are going to want to check out [TrueNutrition.com].  It’s a supplement site started by Dante Trudel, the guy whose  “DoggCrapp” style training went viral on some of the bodybuilding online forums a couple years ago.

The site has pretty solid supplement prices, but the cool thing is that you can select all the ingredients (proteins, carbs, fibers, fats) in your favorite shakes and have them premix them for you.  They even mix in flavors.

Over the years I’ve developed my personal favorite supplement blends for preworkout,  workout, and postworkout shakes.  Looks like instead of ordering the ten ingredients I usually mix from at home (annoyingly time-consuming and always makes a mess in the kitchen), I can just dial in my ingredients and they’ll send me a bags of tailor-made preworkout, workout, postworkout shake blends.

I’m all over this.  I think I’m going to try this out.
